You really need to be, and you really need to show up and vote on November 6 (or by early voting or absentee ballot before that).
So you definitely want to make sure you are currently registered at your current place of residence. It’s a little crazy, I know, but each state has their own dates and deadlines–just to make it all more confusing (why this can’t be unified, I dare anyone to explain rationally).
For your assistance and edification–below are the registration deadlines to vote in National Elections. For a whole bunch of us, in the 30 days prior to election day, and 29 days prior categories–I sure hope you did your thing. The rest of us need to act fast. Don’t let this get past you–I don’t care who you vote for (OK, that’s not 100% honest, but my intentions are good) what I care about is that you PARTICIPATE.
