Elvis/Memphis/Volunteer

Today, January 8, would have been Elvis Presley’s 75th birthday.

Honor the King by finding a way to reach out and volunteer. Memphis, home of Elvis, Priscilla, and Lisa Marie when they were all together (at Graceland) has, just like YOUR community, plenty of opportunities for you to get involved.

Start your search here, for ways to work with needy kids and families, animals at the zoo or shelters, buildings and parks, helping with homes, the elderly, or possibly pitching in behind the scenes, administratively. Every charity is run from an office—even if that’s someone’s basement or kitchen table—and every office can always do with extra hands.

Nowhere near Memphis? Doesn’t matter–just honor the King.
